- Guidance on supervisory convergence on Best Execution that covers most aspect save the scope of type of market where it is applied on which latter issue the EC is expected to publish its comments by mid February. Submissions to CESR are due 2007-03-16.
- Level 3 Guidelines on MiFID Transaction reporting. Submissions to CESR are due 2007-03-02.
