2007-01-15 The FSA (SE) has published an updated proposal on Transaction Reporting Requirements. This proposal has been submitted also to the other Nordic and Baltic regulators with the objective to achieve as harmonised a set of requirements as possible.

FSA (SE) publishes proposed regulations on MiFID L1 and L2

FSA (SE) published on 2006-12-15 proposed regulations on MiFID L1 and L2 for consultations. Responses are due to be sent at the late4st the 26th January 2007 to Finansinspektionen, Box 670, 113 85 STOCKHOLM or via e-mail finansinspektionen@fi.se .

FSA (SE) announce regulations by 2006-12-15

The FSA(SE) has on 2006-11-29 announced draft regulations by 2006-12-15. Consultations will be carried out until end of January 2007.
A draft bill will be presented to Lagrådet (Legal Council) in January and a bill will be presented to the Parliament in February 2007.

FSA (SE) sends letter to Ministry of Finance about transaction reporting requirements

The FSA (SE) has sent a letter on 2006-11-17 to the Ministry of Finance (SE) about transaction reporting requirements and its justifications for superequivalent requests (i.e. requirements above MiFID requirements) in response to the letter from SSDA on the same issue.
