					<description>So if I'm understanding this correctly then France will not transpose MiFID in time for this month's deadline?  It's strange that as of today I was still reading news articles saying France is one of the Member States likely to meet the transposition deadline.  The previous post about French consultations makes it sound like the French won't be ready for some time.  Any thoughts of state of rest of Europe?</description>
